We could say a lot of nice things about our culture, and most of them would be true. But there’s something cheesy about saying nice things about oneself, while trying to sound modest at the same time.

In any case, the people who actually work at our restaurants will do a much better job than we could of telling you what it’s like working at earls, which is exactly why we put them on video.
