Earls is thrilled to announce that it has been ranked 15th on the list of the 50 Best Employers in Canada for 2009, and ranked 17th in 2008!

Survey responses from over 100,000 Canadian employees at nearly 120 organizations determined this year’s ranking, with additional input from over 2,000 leaders and human resources professionals. As one of Canada’s 50 Best Employers, Earls has earned the title primarily because of their high employee engagement. On average, 77 per cent of employees are engaged at a typical Best Employer, compared to just 55 per cent at other organizations that participated in the study.
